A true loft style apartment in an industrial building with Table Mountain Views. This 200 sq meter apartment with 6m high ceilings and a glass wall creates optimal light and space.

Project: Loft Apartment Cape Town

This 100 square metre cottage in Gardens, Cape Town was renovated from scratch. To keep up with the original Cape Dutch architectural idea it was restored to its old glory from the outside.

Project: Historical Cottage

Situated in a 1920’s Art Deco former factory. The exterior has been preserved and the interior converted to two 150 sq meter loft apartments.

Loft 7 was designed to have increased living and entertainment space. A large lounge with very high ceilings were created to maximize the views.

Inspired by the Victorian Style, and to stay in the budget, we recycled as much as possible and gave the old charming lady a fresh and modern look.

Project: Small Spaces Small Budget

Space was created by opening walls, creating an open plan kitchen and flow to the lounge and patio areas. Colours were chosen to remind of the original art deco idea of the building with a modern touch.

Project: Tamboerskloof Flat

This property was purchased as a personal project. Built in 1870, we wanted to retain the character and feel of a farmhouse with some modern touches.
